The only Siu Nim Tao to watch (Aside from Chu Shong Tin's!!!), anyone can quote me on this, the Chu Shong Tin lineage is the only way to go with Wing Chun

@karikaalacholan If your doing it right 3 minutes is fine, If your doing it wrong forty minutes is pointless. The movements have very little to do whether the form is done correctly.
