The defining moment of the career of excellent Michigan State Spartans and New York Giants wide receiver Mark Ingram Sr. His son, of course, is 2009 Hesiman Trophy Winning Halfback (and genuinely nice guy) Mark Ingram Jr. who decided to forgo his Senior year with the Alabama Crimson Tide to go into the NFL. Ingram Sr. is currently serving a prison sentence for tax evasion, but has managed to maintain a close relationship with his son and to watch each of young Mark Ingram's games.

  • Now THAT was an amazing play. And yes, I remember ... :)

  • WOW, he's got more moves than ex lax.

  • Another great Giant memory. He's incarcerated now, but he will never be forgotten in the annals of Giant lore.

  • @0311Duce Thanks for the info. The thing is, in four years Mark Jr. could be finished with his pro career.

  • @kingmackattack42 November 2016.

  • I really didn't have a dog in this fight, I just watched this game for the love of football, but when I saw this incredible run after catch, I realized then who was going to win. It showed who wanted it more. This kind of effort really gets the troops stirred up and wanting to do battle.

Anyone know how much longer Ingram has on his sentence? I hope he gets out soon so he can start going to his son's games.

  • Jeez....... like 42, 25 had a clutch of plays that had Giants fans going - WOW!!!!!!

  • Nice play, but the bills were ment to loos haha

  • The play that REALLY decided Super Bowl XXV. If the Bills prevent the first down, they would have to settle for a Bahr field goal, which may have been close to the distance of Norwood's miss. The Bills may have regained momentum, and gone on to win the game.

  • Thank you Mark Ingram Sr. see you on the other side.
