This top list remids me of my divorced roommate genius. He had a kid with ex and since she left he needed nanny. He made excel table with all possible nanny characteristics and made scoring table just like this presenter. And believe me HE PICKED THE ABSOLUTLY WORST person for a nanny. Later on he ended in bed with her, had a bad relationship with her, spent money, almost married her and in the end had a really bad breakup. (he needed a second nanny too). But hay, she had the best scores!

Very informative talk. I have some doubts, however, about the scoring criteria...
The fact that cgi+wsgiref ends up with the same score as Flask is an indication that something may be wrong.

Bottle and Itty are great for REST apps :) If you need some powerful app (and dont need REST) you can try CherryPy
