Bottle and Itty are great for REST apps :) If you need some powerful app (and dont need REST) you can try CherryPy

exactly what I needed, I actually came into this video thinking bottle was probably it, but now its confirmed.

Richard - thank you so much for this. I found this very useful as I was looking for a tiny framework that would basically "get out of the way." I think I am going to give Bottle a shot!
