The listed weight for the NordicTrack X9i Incline Trainer is 350 lbs. The listed weight is either for the unit boxed or completely assembled. When considering purchasing the X9i, one of the questions you'll have is how heavy is the heaviest part UN-ASSEMBLED, so you can anticipate how many people you'll need to carry it into your workout room. Hopefully this video/information will help you make a better decision on hiring someone to delivery and assemble the unit or doing it yourself.

  • are you enjoing your machine? In planning on gettin one..

  • @eduardomachadostudio As far as enjoying it, yes! The whole incline/ifitlive combination is simply amazing. HOWEVER, as with any new product and/or technologies, there are going to be some issues. I'm going to try and do a new video soon to share some of the issues I've ran into.

  • I got mine upstairs, I did my first workout today. Great so far.

  • @mlj257 I bet it was a decent workout getting it upstairs! What was that like? Stay in touch and maybe we can compare notes on using the x9i . . . mine has a few quirks and I need to do some more videos about those. So far though, I'm getting good workouts. 40% incline is insane!

  • Did you actually get yours working?? After spending hours setting it up, it wouldn't work! We were given long run around and told "console is bad" and that it is on back order. Now we have a $2000 piece of equipment just sitting in our house that we can't use and now we can't get update on part. Nordic Track WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

  • @k70florida Sorry to hear about all your problems! I can't imagine how upset I'd be going through that ordeal. Although my x9i has some quirks, so far it has been working. It seems like in this day and age customer service is not a real priority for companies. Some how, companies don't see the connection between service and profit. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT ! ! ! Anyway, I suggest you start your own YouTube video series and LET THE PEOPLE KNOW about your experience. At the very least update us here.

  • @billsvideoz will you boy it again? what kind of problms?

  • @billsvideoz it was horrible getting it upstairs. Very heavy track/base. Got it up there just myself and my brother in law. Should have got more help since the treadmill wanted to slide down the steps. Setup wasn't too bad, lining up the legs to match the screw holes sucked, took some wiggling. My machine works pretty good so far. Some things are quirky as you mentioned. Ifit live is full of bugs and customer service is horrendous. Keep in touch cause I would like to compare issues etc..

  • Thanks Bill, I get mine this coming week. How do you like yours? Any videos of it in use? Like Ifit live? Does it have the program running through Hawaii? I couldn't find a whole lot of info on that.

  • No doubt, getting it upstairs will be tricky. The frame doesn't extend beyond the front or back. That means if you set it down to take a break while going up the stairs, the plastic on the front or back will be bearing all the weight of the unit. Make no mistake, this thing is HEAVY and I would be concerned about damaging it if I set it down on it's ends. On the other hand, two REALLY strong people could possibly get it up the stairs without taking a break. That'd be an awesome YouTube video!
