I was at the renowned Magee Marsh in NW Ohio and these guys are not bashful at all....they were practically in your face. ....There wasn't a flock or anything but in certain parts of the wooded boardwalk area ...they were just happily bouncing from low branch to low branch with many birders with big cameras and binoculars looking for migrating warblers.....not shy at all.

Great video. Saw one this morning for the first time.

Wow, what a great video! No wonder I haven't been able to see the crown before!

We get one or two of those cute little things every winter. They're just adorable!

I'm not sure we have those down here in Georgia.

I watched several yesterday in Central Park, NYC, one came within a foot of me and I got a good look at him, he was super cute, what's in your bird feeder that attracted Kinglets btw?

He's eating sunflower hearts. I haven't seen him in a while so he has migrated north to breeding grounds. Maybe that was him in Central Park!

Yes you do....at least in the winter. But they are very small and flit around a lot! Its hard to see them unless they are perched on your window feeder. And even harder to see their crown. Keep looking!
