I like the idea of solar home, but they won't work everywhere. How about places with more rainy and cloudy days than sunny?

In order to shift from an oil based society to a solar powered society, we need to build the first solar powered high speed train. One from San Diego to Sacramento. This will free us from oil. This will eliminate the need to build centralized solar farms on the desert & a wasteful new grid. Power lines have enemies. First we need to build 1 million new solar powered houses, each year. The best way to create value is to make something.

Solar powered houses create millions of jobs. These are jobs that cannot be exported. We do not need to build more bridges to nowhere, when we are running out of oil. We need to reorganize society towards decentralized solar powered houses & trains. The solar panel will be between the hundreds of miles of rails of the tracks, & so power the train. I have applied for patent on a solar powered rail track. Just like the click in place solar roof panels.
