Inari Technology Sdn Bhd, a Member of
the Insas Group of Companies, is a wholly
Malaysian owned company established in June
2006 with the mission to service the local and
overseas electronic manufacturing industry
with full integration from front end to back
end processes, focusing on radio frequency (RF)
device packaging & testing.

Inari Technology is operated by a team of
engineering professionals whose experiences are
wide covering wafer processing, semiconductor
assembly, and packaging and Final Test. Inari
Technology offers full turnkey services converting
semiconductor wafers to fi nal packaged products.
Inari Technology is currently focused on the
assembly of multi chip hybrid packages. Inari
Technology is also one of the largest companies
in the region performing and providing DC and
RF testing for fi nished products.
