I've rarely seen a video with so little content. Just throw lots of hot words out there: "facilitate" "local" "issues", I'm surprised they didn't say SYNERGY.
How can you mention all these things, without out any proof or examples of how any of this makes a difference? All this talk about listening when all you do is talk.
