    Floor Crunch- Easy enough

    all of them seem easy enough, until...

    Hover Glide- What hell is this?

  • 8 exercises,2-3 circuits,15-20 reps..30-60 secs rest:

    Jump rope-2 minutes

    Floor Crunch

    Fusion glide (its like a mountain climber but sideways ) 

    Incline Push-up superset with Decline push up and clap

    Burpee and jack

    Bench Dip (tricep dip)

    Alternating Superman

    Hover Glide (get into push up position but with a wider stance)
