@chemicalovercast Okay, so if that's the pulse/hertz, than we would not see it on the induction magnetometer, as I've stated, that we only see between 0 - 5 hertz on that meter.

HAARP is Tesla technology. Electro-magnetic induction coil. Also agree that both Earth and our body/brain have a resonance of approx 8 Hz. If HAARP is transmitting at ELF end of the radio-spectrum, that could explain flocks of birds dropping from the sky. This could also affect behaviour at such a similar resonance/frequency to our brainwaves (around 8 Hz). Russia and China have Tesla coils as well, but HAARP is biggest by far.
