i did this yesterday,i have CF,20 years old,my FEV1 is 93%,wanna get over 100 for next time :) i get a really bad headache after doing this test

@pvtking18 hey bro, i took it to join army also and apparently i didn't pass the test, even though i don't have a any breathing problem. i am not sure what to do, any suggestions? can i retake it?

Anyone looking for help on passing these....the best tip is about 1 hour before the test keep a menthol cough drop in your mouth until about 15 minutes before.

@jayton34 well im taking it for the army,because i had allergy induced asthma history but havent had problems with it in years,,i hope i pass
