  • "And, Mickey, lemme ask you this -- do you think you ate as much pussy as the great Joe DiMaggio?"

"Well, Lou, shucks, I'm still a young guy and, you know, I got lots more pussy I intend to eat. SLURP! SLURP! SLURP! But I have to say, a great pussy eater like Joe D., well, I can only hope to fill his shoes and eat as much pussy as he's eaten."

    "The good stuff, right Mick?"

    "Right, Lou."

"Well, thanks Mick. Hope to get your leftovers."

    "You bet, Lou."

  • I can't believe some idiot gave this video a dislike. What a loser.

  • they analyzed the willie vs. mickey debate with all the new sabrmetric stats that teams put so much emphasis on these days, and it wasn't even close. In fact, the group that did it came out and said mantle is actually UNDERrated, traditional stats be damned. The case for durability is a good one, and even mantle admitted mays was the better fielder, but goddamn, he's mickey fucking mantle.

  • @jimaroo100 Along those lines May's sometimes would stop at first rather than take a double so McCovey wouldn't get an automatic walk. Willie stole bases to manufacture runs the same way Rickey Henderson did. Not just to steal for a stat. I'm not anti Mickey Mantle just pro Willie, who I think and almost every baseball historian , retired players from his era and even players today consider him the GOAT. Yup Mickey did get a career ending injury for most players but still at 70% was great

  • @tellthetruthg They asked the Mick once why he never had a 40hr/40sb season.... he said i didnt know I was supposed to. If I had known I would have. The other factor here is who needs to steal baes on a team loaded with power hitters. It is not a good % play to steal with Roger MARIS and Yogi Berra batting behind you.

  • @damecaite I acknowledge Mickey was one of the GOAT and I'm not just going for the last word but Durability is apart of the whole package when it comes down to it. We'll never know who was faster but Willie had more SB's in the years before Mantle got hurt, I could be wrong so you should check. Then add base running ability to the score and ask your self again who was better. But if I was a Yankee fan I'm sure I'd say Mickey was the best. Go GIGANTES

  • When he was healthy Mantle was the greatest to ever play in the pre-steroid era. Compared to Mays a healthy Mantle had more power, speed and a slightly better average while giving up a little bit in defense.

  • being a Giants fan my all time favorite is Willie Mays of course, but now that I'm older I wish I would've seen Mickey play more. True TV coverage wasn't what it is now, still he was awesome no doubt. Just not as good as Willie.

  • @dmtdmt1969 great comment! Crystal and Costas are buzz killers.

  • billy crystal would give any man a rim job since he is a blatant homo and costas would blow you as long as you were black since he is a bleeding heart liberal
