what kind of idiot could spend 300 dollars in order to receive 5 or 10 back in certificates. if u get your membership beacuse the program starts with "reward" your IQ is near 10.

Um, I've been using Best Buy Reward Zone for a while now and I've gained around $1000 worth of Best buy certificates with no problems... (I own a company and I buy the items from Best Buy).
So yeah, I guess you guys had bad luck.

At least people will read this. Im going to post it all over. Obviously they could respond, but they wont. It shows there guilt. Companys like this deserve to go under. Scamming is not the way to do buisiness. Obviously, there are those that work hard at best buy, but as you have pointed out, the rules set from the top are made to screw people from what they are worthy of.

Reward Zone is a joke! I was screwed out of nearly $300 3 years ago. I bought a TV and stand for $4k. The salesman figured it up and it was well over $200 in best buy dollars. Well, I never got it and when I called and complained(for the next year!!) all I got was there is no way to track the cards in the mail, and we cant re-issue!!!
What kind of junk is this? How would you like to be cheated! How can there not be a tracking, or a way to see if the card was ever even accessed????

That's one of the reasons that I quit from working at best buy, I had to obey to unfair rules and policies; I go along with your point of view. Even more, if some day I'll visit US, I will do my shopping at Circuit City, Walmart or just E-Bay. But never best buy, I know how it works, and it's a completly dissaster!!
But I can tell you, the phone agents that are at the line (I was at DotCom BBY website support, then to techinal support9 they do their best...
