I'm an old fart... I remember first hearing this when PBS used Vangelis's music for Carl Sagan 'Cosmos'... This song was played while an animated evolution sequence ran on the screen. 1979... A baleful year.. But Cosmos, and discovering Vangelis by calling KERA 13 PBS and asking them who the heck was the creator of such bad ass music made it pretty cool. The main Cosmos theme is on 'Heaven And Hell' just before Vangelis and 'YES' Jon Anderson do 'So Long Ago So Clear. Good Stuff! (I was 15 then)
