@BobbyDigital314 tool assisted only in the sense that these sequences were programmed into a controller, as opposed to being performed manually. everything you see here is possible in the game with no code alterations

@ 1:00 That combo can only be done with balrog because he can make serious damage with his one charging hit. If you spent alittle bit of time to understand how that combo happened, you'd realize that dhalsim actually lost more than 75% of his health bar which would definately yeild another ultra to use.

i really didn't like this guy in the other street fighter games all he would do is teleport behind you and attack you with his flames in arcade
