Plant 1_Parts & Machining Plant
Plant 1 is the site where the fabrication and machining processes of
high performance engineered plastics and metal parts
are carried out.
Plant 2_Welding & Sub-Assembly Plant
Plant 2 houses two sections:
NC Router and Sawing Section
This section is equipped with panel and table saws for effective cut-to-size operation, a critical requirement for plastics fabrication. It also improves safety and superior cutting quality to the material.
Layout and Welding Section
This section is equipped with high-speed and hot-air extrusion welding.
Plant 3_Assembly Plant
This is the site where the surface finishing system and the commercial ducting system were designed and assembled, the first project completed after PEZA approval last October 10, 2006. It was completed in February 2007 and was delivered directly to the client.
New projects such as the following are undertaken in Plant 3:
•Plating Equipment Construction
•Line Assembly of Air Pollution Control Device
•Soft Etching System Construction
Plant 3 also houses the Clean Room where the Solar Cell Etching Line Assembly was undertaken and completed in 2008.
