i wasn't impressed. i really did go in hoping that I would enjoy it (because i did spend a lot of money on the ticket you know!!), but it just did not impress me! sorry for all of the complaining about the movie!

You didn't like his "Batman" voice? How can you be on youtube and not no that the CREATOR of watchmen, alan moore, read a line from watchmen with rorschach using the "batman" voice? He originally envisioned rorshasc as having that kind of voice. If anything, Bale and Nolan stole it. Rorshach was like that since Moore originally created it. I don't give a fuck who used it first, on film. Get your facts straight before you start saying he's using a "batman" voice.

And, by the way, the only things I recall saying in this video about Rorschach's voice was that I didn't like it and did not envision it that way. That is called an opinion not a fact. :)

i think you're not reading between the lines well enough, i have caught enough things representing current society to make the movie interesting. things have to change in comics because we have different problems in society today, then when the comic first came out.

The movie is an A+ and is basically a shot for shot remake of the book.

I agree with Mrsoulsurvivor. Hell, compared to V for Vendetta and any other failed adaptation of Moore's books, Watchmen was a damn masterpiece. I absolutely loved it. I honestly do think you're being pretty picky, even though you're certainly entitled to your opinion.

The ending I believe was better than the book's!! The squid would have just been unrealistic and offputting. It made sense to the movie! And not enough gore? You definitely were not paying attention to this movie!! If you want to see the TOBF in the movie, get the Watchmen Ultimate Collection DVD, which also includes the director's cut! I applaud Zac Synder for this adaptation of the movie, and you are suffering from "Watchmen Fan syndrome"!!!!

I think you are completely overreacting to this! From what you said, I don't think you paid enough attention to the movie! There are some things they can't add, because the movie would have been to long and would have gone over the 3 hour limit! All the actors were awesome( except for Malin Akerman)! Watch the director's cut, and you will like it!

I wasn't a big fan of the book or the movie. I agree with you on the bit about the human race and the squid. I did like the book more than the movie, though.

The movie was awesome Rorschach was perfect and his voice isnt like batman at all, his voice was perfect for the character
