I was referring to a speech that Ron Paul gave, when he started to talk about a different option to Obamacare for people who couldn't pay, the crowd started screaming "LET THEM DIE" It would be illegal to not get health insurance just like it's illegal to not have car insurance; because if someone didn't have health care and got sick then it would be costing the tax payers more money. It's a good idea to make it a fine-able crime.
