Pachislot Akumajo Dracula sounds a lot like it would be background music to the Nights into Dreams pinball table in Sonic Adventure, especially around 1:59

Divine bloodlines must actually be the result of richter's addiction to gambling and he just has this song that plays on the slot machines in his head all the time.
