and we're supposed to care when one of these gets shot in the face in "the line of duty"? If this is their line of duty, I'd have them all shot. I had this and other videos handy when I was on Jury Duty and made damn sure the other jurors saw them and were able to rightly disbelieve all the police testicle-mony in the case. Police testimony = LIES EVERY TIME!

His dad is on facebook Patrick E Pogan, then click on his daughter Maureen Pogan Romano, then look under her photo section and you can see that asshole Patrick!
Guy deserved jail time for that attack!

According to John Eligon's 14 July 2010 article in the New York Times, Justice Maxwell Wiley decided that Officer Pogan didn't even need to do community service for his crime of filing a false criminal complaint, which was an even lighter sentence than Mr. Pogan's lawyers were asking for. As for the charge of assault, Mr. Pogan wasn't even convicted.

New Yorkers, remember...Your judges will allow cops to assault you, then admit to lying on the official police report, and receive zero punishment when they are found guilty.
