Huckabee is a horrible person, but so are Obama, Cain,and Boehner.
-
Clasic Huckabee. I'm sure he went on the morning shows and explained that away somehow so that people would buy it.
Nobody is as much of a double talking, flip-flopping phony as Huckabee is.
He gets away with it because of his charm. He's a great liar because he makes people want to believe him.

What's even more scary than Mike Huckabee's plan is the fact that there are a lot of Jesus worshiping nutcases in America who agree with and will vote for him.

@RockyBalboa211 which god?
-
i guess that kind of makes up for god sending jesus to be sacrificed, for something that god could have done without someone dieing for the cause.
-
@AceofDimonds0: Jesus was God! :D
Which is why the 1st amendment exists, and why the Constitution clearly states "...no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.", and why the 1st amendment prohibits an establishment of religion - because you could never get those 52 people to agree on anything pertaining to religion - least of all the Deists. The idea being, religion is a personal matter and the government stays out of it - washes it's hands, so to speak.

"As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion,-as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion or tranquility of Musselmen,... it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries" -- Treaty of Tripoli: passed by congress and signed by President John Adams, 1797
