Had a man walk up to me once in a store....he stood right in my face...smiled really big and said "Wow, you look just like Stevie Nicks!...beautiful...." and then he walked off. I went and looked up who Stevie Nicks was. And he was right! haha She is a beautiful woman...I dont look like her...but I took it as a compliment. haha

@ryanjace I agree. I don't think I can say "this song was about 'X'". Each one of her songs seems to have been about ten different things. Sara is another good example of layering.

This story sounds more plausible than the one about her friend Robin. I think she "elaborated" on the truth in the other Gypsy origin story because her friend had just died. It was a little strange that there were versions of Gypsy long before Robin died and yet it was supposed to be about Robin's death.

@bbraat I know, but there seem to be multiple layers to many of Stevie's songs. I believe she added a few lines, such as "I still see your bright eyes" as a reference to Robyn : )
