Allison Gymnastics - Vault - 11/05/06

This is Allison's Vault from the Matras Meet. This is usually her strongest event. She was disappointed with an 8.3. Overall she finished in 9th place - increasing her total score by 2 full points over last year. She qualified for the Illinois State Meet at the first meet of the year.

She's got the basics down - the run and board approach - now she's just got to perfect the vault contact and block. Nice job!

yea ur defanitly good but u need to work on getting those hands off the vault faster and try not to walk after u land but ur good im guesing ur in level5 or6

if you want to get an 9.0 you need to practice getting off the vault faster by popping your shoulders and pushing of the vault.o and work on your landing.

she needs to learn that when you do take those steps after the whole momentum of her has stopped not to keep stepping back to where she should've been because you lose even more points lol
