  • i thought the video's pace was perfect.....almost meditative......awesome.......inspiring.....what is the music from?

  • I knew some would understand that I set the pace of this vid as I did for a specific reason. In my training I feel time drawn out as I climb, jump, vault, and navigate myself through any given environment. If I can suspend time for a couple minutes as someone watches one of my videos and they feel how I felt when I was in the moment, then I have reached my goal. To have a stranger see and feel it and for them to reply and tell me that makes the training/filming/editing all worth while. Thanx.

  • Very Nice! I like your style!

  • Crossfit mixed with Parkour... i love it! i want to see an entire workout though. do you ever mix any of the power lifting that crossfitters normally do in with your parkour workouts? because i think parkour could add the element of precision into your every day crossfit workout and elevate it to a whole new plateau.

  • but is a great training video

  • this isn't parkour RandalSetzler

  • @antonioavh The song is "Whispering Wind" by Moby.

  • which song is this.....good workout outs i will try in nyc al of your videos have awsome songs

  • lol...good one. But is a great way to train!

  • looks more like a good way to break into buildings, houses and shit

  • Looks like a new level for crossfiters to aspire to.

  • i live in austin. i weigh over 250 pounds. i have tried to lose weight but have never managed because i hate sports and i hate mindless workouts, but when i tried this the other day i had one of the biggest thrills of my life. where should i go from here?
