Curt "Voice" Allen performs the rap song he wrote about Kevin DeYoung's book on the Heidelberg Catechism, "The Good News We Almost Forgot." Kevin and C.J. Mahaney, who challenged Curt to write the song at Next 2010, are in the front row.

The lyrics and a free mp3 download of the song are at http://www.sovereigngraceministries.org/blogs/cj-mahaney/post/2010/10/25/The-...

  • @georgeknightley19 The emergence of sentiments the lean towards altruism that exist accross the spectrum of faith and religion ithout any contact with each other only point towards the natrual human empathy that allows humans to live in harmony, coexist, participate and survive in their surrounding environment and culture. Why do I give to charity? I don't believe. It is a good question to ask. Hope that helps. :D

  • @fibbsabaddy How do you know what's right if there's no God? If He doesn't exist, who's to say what's right and what's wrong?

  • Very well delivered. Shame it is not just about people coming together to be good for the sake of it. Why has it always got to be for a sky daddy. Cant it just be because it is right?

  • @MrWaddefak Never say anything definitively. It is pretty unlikely though.....

  • hey... great song... im doing the same for school... can anybody tell me the name of the music?... not the lyrics... thanks..

  • Dirck Koornhert would have been convinced if Curtis had been around.
