@rounder421 i bet u feel like god w/ ur wikipidia dont u. im not going to claim to know what the abortion laws should be, i simply dont spend much time thinking about it, but 4 u to make arbitrary lines between where biology stops and life begins is simply ignorant. in many other mammals there is a much longer gestational period, so as when the infant is first born it is approximate to the developmental stage of a young child, however by your definition it would not yet be a single being.

Guys theres nothin wrong with that. Just abort the baby if you dont wont it. Its not for us to say which things are good and bad in life. You have to think about YOURSELF first.

@ElChup7 The distinction being that a fetus is not born yet. While it is still in the womb it is a part of the mother, and the mother and a doctor to advise should decide whether or not to have the child.

just to play the devils advocate here, in technical terms since a babys brain does not fully develop untill more than 25 times its initial birth age, following your logic of an underdeveloped human as being non-human, than compared to an adult a baby is no more human than a fetus compared to a baby. aswell if injury to a pregnant woman causes the termination of pregnancy, in most states its considered homicide

@john51880 Murder, as defined in common law countries, is the unlawful killing of another human being with "malice aforethought",- from wiki. Since abortion is legal..and not done with malice, and fetuses are not human beings, abortion in no way fits the bill for murder.
