You cant really get mad when\ ignorance like this is uttered,he is just repeating what the media and education system puts out there,the black american plight is not brought to the for front like say the jewish holocaust so we are told to "get over" slavery,and "get over jim crow,get over lynchings get over expatriation,cointelpro,the black codes,3/5 compromise etc.so since people like this and others are not properly educated on our plight they spew this ignorance

@Crasharmstrong1992 I encourage you to read "The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness" that thing that "happened 100s of years ago" may not seem so distant after you hear some hard facts and data. I agree that people have personal choices to make everyday about how they are going to deal with their particular situation. However, there is very clear link from slavery to the plight of blacks today...

@Standonarock How can you expect to be looked at as reasonable when you are so willing to tout the accomplishments of your own race while completely discounting it's sins? At the same time you do the exact opposite with regard to the black race. You are perfectly illustrating the point that racism is totally illogical and based entirely on irrational hatred of others.

@Standonarock Are you kidding me? White people are the saviors of the world, bringing those ethnics a standard of living? How about white people who built America on the backs of slaves? Or the Europeans who raped and colonized Africa and exploited it for its resources and local populous? Or the white people who have tried to ethnically cleanse the world?

Not all whites are like that I know this. I am half white and have whites in my family. But they are no better than anyone else.

We're a small portion of the world's population and our countries are being flooded with people that hate us and don't respect our beliefs at all and tell us to change to fit their beliefs or we're the racist. White people have helped more races raise their standards of living than anyone. How many things have Africans done for people of the world besides be weights for everyone to carry around.

I pointed out that most disagree with you simply because their sense of right and wrong leads them to do so. You not surprisingly, did not address that. You are in complete denial that your bigotry is based more on a desire to denigrate others and "feel superior" rather than on any semblance of logical thought.
