I used this stone to make a pizza and it turned out fantastic...just like the video but better.

@stopatnothen There is no open flame but it is still possible for the grill heat to be uneven. Rotating it is just a good way to make sure everything cooks evenly.

Wy wood you rotate a pizza when there is no flame..don't make any sence...never here of some then so idotic,,E gads

@stopatnothen There is always a hotter side of a grill so rotating the pizza ensures even cooking.

Cool how you used the side burner on the gas grill to start the charcoal! Just be sure to keep it away from the house and deck rail. I want to do this in my Weber using a hardwood fire with a mix of oak and apple, ( firepit style) but I'm not sure the Weber will handle the higher heat this method will generate.
