That is the most annoying, distracting and potentially dangerous lighting solution I've ever seen.
The drivers behaviour was probably road rage.
Turn those lights to constant and only have 1 maybe 2 on flashing. You look like a disco hall and epileptic fit waiting to happen.
Flashing lights may be attention grabbing but they make u harder to focus on and thus judge distance, they are annoying and distracting which can lead to accidents.
Flashing is fine for a dull day but not at night.
