Classic SNES - Stunt Race FX Part 1

READ THIS DESCRIPTION!

Taken from the real console, recorded onto a DVD, and a Video DVD conversion program, and then VirtualDub, it's Stunt Race FX! It uses the special SuperFX chip to deliver stunning-for-its-time 3D Graphics! I can never seem to win at it, but it's fun to play, and with friends, so you should try it at least once!

All volume crackliness has been fixed with this, because it has been directly recorded to DVD!

cool game but the snes just cant handle it

i wonder how this game would run on the sega megadrive (genesis)

I don't think it would run much better. Virtua Racing was giant and pricey to make up for the fact that you needed large top-notch tech back then (not to mention the 32X version was the ideal version). Check out a related video about Overclocked Stunt Race FX, you'll see how it would run if the chip itself was faster, but in reality I think it would have been a lot better and smoother-running if they had used the SuperFX2 chip instead and if they used less polygons.

@DarkBowser64 its not frame rate only issues its about polugons and screen you see stunt race draw the half of the screen and in polugons in comparison to vr is worst.nice try by argon but the mega with the svp chip make a lot better job also the price if you consider that age that model 1 was one of the best arcade hardware you realise after all that sega do a very good job for a console of 1989

@needfordylan very poor graphics compare to vracing for mega,and the screen is half due to power reasons,the machine draw half the screen half polugons.

Every anthropomorphized car does. Look at the cars in any parking lot or street very carefully, and you'll begin to see their faces. It takes a lot of imagination, but you can see the personality of every car and truck that passes by on the street. The trick is to look not at the window, but at where the headlights in the front, and below.
