My concern is not about farming them, but for some of the methods that are utilized. These concerns are better expressed by more eloquent men than me.  Rudolf Steiner even predicted that some of these methods would precipitate what we are now experiencing - Colony Collapse Disorder. A good beekeeper provides superior housing, near forage and water, with protection from the elements & predators. And finally, enough honey and pollen are left in the hive to carry them through the winter.

God made them for us why say that we are bad for farming them if you don't harvest the honey from the super a lot of issues will come about.
