Samhan - Long Segment.avi

I have collected thousands of post moves with a video editing system for the purpose of gaining a deeper understanding of post play. I look for what kinds of moves are being made by what type of player under which context. Along with footage from numerous players from the college and pro level, I've organized about 20 videos of individual post players. The intent is to see how certain players tend to take advantage of their skill set. Omar Samhan is the only college player that I had enough video on to put together a video that gives, in my opinion, a fairly complete look at his overall post game. The reason behind having a lot of video of Samhan is because a friend of mine was an assistant for St. Mary's last season, and I was interested in Omar's game because he is not very athletic yet is very effective because of his physical strength and even more than that, his strong work ethic. Hearing accounts of the hours this kid spends in the gym motivated me to capture some of the results of that work on film. For the very select few of us that love post play.. Enjoy!
