  • if you are drinking herbal teas with your diet you have nothing to worry about... dont chug milos tea or commercial teas with sugar in them, i think that tastes horrible anyway. but tea is verrryyy good for you... just eat veggies and what makes you happ that is healthyy and you will have an alkaline body.

  • @TrueGreatness73 what vegetables are acidic...? i have never heard of any. is corn acidic?

  • those who can, do. those who can't, teach.

funny, this rule, is so true, never will a teacher, who speaks, be able to outperform, the student, who listens.

  • go info!

  • yeah but some fruits and veggies are acidic too.

  • Its nice we have a Pancreas that regulates our ph. So we don't have to worry about it.

It's odd however, that our body Overcompensates; When we eat alkaline foods our blood temporarily, becomes somewhat acidic and, vise versa; When we consume acidic foods our blood becomes somewhat alkaline..So go figure.

  • Never stop learning ! I watch this video because I want to learn & thanks for sharing your video !!! Watch my videos also thanks :)
