Working Better guide launch - clip 4 - Manchester 16/10/09

On 16 October 2009 the Commission's Working Better project launched a new guide - Working Better: A Managers Guide to Flexible Working.

In this clip, Ann Rimmer, Creative Director or Clock Creative, shrares her experiences and the benefits to business and staff by introducing a flexible working approach.

The guide is designed to help business managers discover and implement innovative working methods which improve productivity and customer service, save money and enable employees to balance their work and personal lives.
