A two part video describing how deficiencies in blood flow to the heart are revealed in treadmill tests. Essentially, upon stress, the heart demands an increased blood flow to remove potassium. If blood flow cannot increase due to blockage, heart muscle is unable to repolarize normally and this is seen as changes in the S-T segment of an EKG.

Great clips, but what's the "bottom line?" e. g. If my treadmill test was reported as NORMAL, what doesn't my heart suffer from...? ;>} I'm a 60 y.o. male. Take Care!
