ND HB1572 FAQ:

"Would this legislation ban in vitro fertilization?

No. The ND legislature could pass a law similar to Louisianas current law, which bans the killing of frozen human embryos, but still allows women ready access to in vitro fertilization. Even Germany and Italy have similar laws that limit the number of humans in embryonic form who can be artificially implanted at a time."

  • Perhaps you could try speaking when it's not 5am in the morning? People shouldn't have to strain their hearing just to hear your ignorance.

  • It's called volume, stupid.

  • No, I actually do it on Nikzor. But I've been researching debate techniques for a while.

  • @Novjunulo Yes it is called volume. You're stupid for not employing its controls properly,

  • @SimYomi No shit. Random low volume mumbling does not a compelling argument make.

  • You should probably re-edit this.

Not only is the volume too low (I can only turn up my speaker so far) but you should be aware that this is a visual medium. the static graphic and the hard to understand dialogue makes it hard for you to keep the viewer's attention.

  • Quiet voice and loud static.

  • ya i agree... its the video posters burden to make sure their recording volume is adequate.. and that's why i give this video 1 star.

  • Don't disrespect Bananaman

  • And what if say..my volume was on full? It's called speak louder. Don't blame my volume for your own crappy mic and/or small voice.

  • erm. huh?
