Umm, many of us were educated in Pilsen since Pre K up to high school and have received a quality education. I was reffering to the looser calling 26th street the main street. Ive worked there for the past 10 years and it is a worm hole of nothing. It has nothing in comparison with pilsen. I too attended Juares and kids in my class headed off to Harvard.
