AE: Induced Radioactivity

This tutorial is a bit longer than the others simply because the effect is kinda complex, but very cool. I left out how to do some parts of the final composite such as how to add the camera shake and displacement.

Displacement maps will be covered next week because they cover more than just this effect and can be used for a variety of applications.
