@Yankii81 Wow you talk about cheap and then go and try to kill the messenger.
Look all countries have bad and good things. In Japan pensioners during financial crisis look through trash and in Japan students, workers and bosses commit suicide because of the stress and gross corruption of ancient japanese culture that has been made to serve egomaniacs.

The Captain of the Japanese Warship had wrong tactical move. He should not have shown his broadside, neither he should have gone that close to the trawler which he challenged. He should have at the quarters of the vessel and send a boarding party...
-
LOL, You can see by the wake of the trawler that she turned into the japanese boat and rammed her. This is a classic example of everything chinese make, Cheap and easily destroyed.
-
LOL look at that harmless bump, its a shame it tainted that small area of the japanese vessel, and look at it its probably going to break now cause its a chinese piece of junk.... oh wait and look at it runnnn look at that piece of chinese trash!
-
@beautifulsnowflakes lol just to make a public statement, and the fact that a dirty chinese fishing boat even bumped into and tainted the japanese warship is enough to have the death sentence. o and your right it would make more damage for the fishing boat just because the fishing boat is chinese, and chinese make shit.

@Yankii81 and Japanese? US lapdogs. Demanding the Island Sakhalin back from Russia, and disputing with China over some shitty small islands. Are they again doin' what they did in the 1930s?

@decostyq i heard about the Poo poo they have wc like military camps all wc open without walls everybody has to poo side by side this is so animalish style
-
@madhatter1961 The coast gaurd is not military and legally the Japanese do not have a military. Look it up sir, i shit you not. Americans made a rule.
Second, Sorry to say, but international law is observed in international waters, not controlled waters. In controlled waters, its whoever is general accepted as the controller who makes the laws.
Thanks for coming to class. Have fun in recess.

Yeah, just fucking try you shrimp dick.
Cheap Chinese dick-waving. Japan is associated with democracy high technology, extremely clean streets, super low crime rates, very reliable products and decent diplomatic behaviour. Japan has not fired a single gun since over 65 years. China is associated with communist oppression, cheap labor, dirty streets, high crime rates, crappy products. And China attacked both Korea and Vietnam and supported/supports murderous regimes in Cambodia, North Korea and Myanmar.

@htao06
No, even if this happened in international waters the incident would fall under maritime law.
As the Japanese have administered these waters for decades they are a known presence and if this were to go before UN court the Chinese would be paying the Japanese for damages.
