  • That glue looks fresh

  • Use a hair dryer much easier and cheaper

  • that tool wood cum in handy

  • just cut it to 5cm to 10cm strips along the length of the vinyl and pull up it up. no need to waste your money.

  • @spelchekker

I ended up using a heat gun and scraper. It was a pain. And I still had to use a belt sander to smooth it all back down. If your wood surface is 1/4 plywood, which is common, I'd suggest tearing it up and putting new down. It will be much less time consuming than the scraping.

  • @profisu Funny you should say because thats why I watched this. I am looking for a tool that will remove lino and tile from wood surfaces. I am thinking maybe some kind of heated scraper or something. Anyone know a good method?

  • Doesn't work with ease if its plywood under the vinyl. Then you just end up gouging the wood with the tool.

  • i think its the 395s -variable red slide switch type

  • Hey there i hav 13 or o dremels- my 395s all 3 of them have dead switches. im definately ticked off. can you hep?
