I don't really see how these journals will help with regards to an effort reward scenario. The Internet is something political parties should not ignore. I have been in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) for over 7 years now. I believe there is a way, which would not cost that much if comparing this to the return. I reckon if completed properly it could increase National share of the vote by close to 3%. The idea however has never been tested previously in any country however. It would be a first.
