Begin with your back to the wall, take a full step forward. Assume a quater squat position with you knees and hips slightly bent. Brace your core and keep your elbows bent. Keeping your hips pointing straight rotate the ball as fast as you can left to right controlling the speed through your core. The movement should be completely through your upper back and no discomfort shoulld be felt in the lower.
