Hank Paulson testified about his involvement in the Bank of America / Merrill Lynch merger. New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has opened up a criminal investigation, and wrote an open letter to Congress accusing Paulson of committing major SEC crimes, at the behest of Ben Bernanke. Throughout Paulson's testimony and Bernanke's earlier testimony, members of Congress openly accused them of committing perjury.
