Great vid indeed, but the only reason why MMA lads are flaming at us is because there are way too many people who think: AHA i practice this over 8 years, 1 time a week for 1 hour and i can beat anyone i want, im unstoppable coz i know secret moves...and it is well know that it doesnt go like that...when they get a real punch they cant do anything...coz their training was far from realistic and far from enough to get them reflex moves .
