  • the shit is, i dont got any time in the morning i stand up at 5:50 and have to leave at 6:20.. i dont got the time to eat so much in the morning. aswell i got a lunch-pause for 30 mins and i dont have weightgainers. sorry if you dont understand my writing im from the other side of the world where noone speaks english i actually learned english with vids from swifty merc and these guys ^^ but im just 16 years old, it'll come if i eat as i am now... muuuch

  • remember everyone IT TAKES TIME. this is not a slow process by any means.

  • @Kucas0 You won't gain weight by just going to the gym, sure muscle weighs more than fat, but to build up muscle you'll need to eat more, not just any kind of food, but food that contains a lot of protein (eggs, chicken, protein shakes) this will help to heal your muscles faster after working out so you can train again at a more rapid pace, also it helps you gaining weight, I myself am a certified fitness trainer and I also struggle being underweight, so I have done my research :)

  • None of this works rico, i eat as much carb as i can all the time but im still skinny as hell :(

  • @OfclXolace At your weight 1600-1800 will mostly maintain your weight, you need be over 2,000 or more calories to gain weight. Eat more protein and a TON more calories because what you're eating right now isn't going to cause any weight gain.

  • I have the same problem. I'm very slim and trying to gain weight but it is hopeless. Even my family calls me "spinky" is Swedish for slim. Your video helped me a lot <3

    Iv been focusing on Heavy lifting @ the gym, I started using Creatine, Daily for 3 weeks, then just on and off after, but what i noticed is it increases muscle, but also Fat, I and my friends noticed me gaining more fat than muscle. Mainly because Creatine absorbs more water for muscle growth, and due to me drinking so much water, i gained weight. but soon quickly lost after a few weeks of cardio. this normal? iv stoped taking now and focus cardio for solid structure before weight training.
