1997 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 Bobber (recorded with hero cam)

I chopped this bike for my girlfriend in the winter of 2010-2011, it took few couple of months to complete. We dished in the tank with a hammer and dollies. Mounted the fender to the swingarm. Had a friend make us some cool handle bars. I made some side cover out of fiberglass. Changed the lights to led and running Harley exhaust. Blacked out the lowers and the ends of the shock. Had a custom seat built for it. Also had to re-jet the carbs for the open filters.

The fender I bought used of off Chot Cult forum, so not sure who made it. It's a 7" fender and fits perfectly inside the swingarm. It was a long sweeper fender that we cut and welded mounts to it and welded bungs to the swingarm. So the fender does travel with the swingarm.
