@iLoveClassicTV Me too! I would hum it every time I heard it,
-
When WNYB-TV(now WNYO), channel 49, got started in Buffalo in 1987, this logo and jingle would be seen at the end of the 1970s/early 80s "Popeye" cartoons from Hanna-Barbera when they used to air them weekday afternoons.
-
Taken from 'The Romance of Betty Boop'.
-
i remember that i was scared about the king featured logo...but now i ain't anymore:D
-
The Synth fanfare makes this logo awesome, wish they would of kept it,for the Rolling Crown Logo.
-
I remember that crown. it was at ending and opening of popeye the sailor when i watched it in daycare
-

I saw this logo on a copy of "Krazy Kat" in Spanish class in 2000 when I was in 11th grade - we watched the Spanish version - "El Gato Loco." My teacher wanted us to experience Spanish-dubbed cartoons.
