vitamine K is not K for potassium you freaking genius
but actualy can be regulated in some countries in metal form, but i doubt it can be regulateds as nitrate (in mexico even sedena have it in the list of regulated substances)

if you took magnesium shavings and kno3 plus sugar you can make an instant smoke bomb cloud. 2 parts sugar 3 parts kno3 and 3 parts magnesium powder = big flash plus insta smoke
