I live in an extremely rural area, surrounded by rednecks, and I'd be hard pressed to find renne in any form, unless of course they use it to make meth, in the case of which there's probably somebody selling it behind the dollar store, so, where would I find renne? I suppose I could find it in carbondale, it's about the closest place with any culture, but the question is, what kind of store would sell such a thing? PS,I"M SEXY AND I KNOW IT!!!!!

@darrenfoulds I leaned from a East Indian cookbook. I take a container of yogurt and put it in cheese cloth. I tie it up and hang it up over the sink overnite. I add chives to mine :)
Thats coooooooool but what is rennet?

You might want to sit down for the answer, @strangerlover11 Rennet is made from enzymes found in cow stomachs. All mammals have these enzymes, which are used to digest their mother's milk. Anyway, thats the answer.
If you were asking, where do I get some? You can get rennet tablets at some grocery stores. As well, you'll find it online. Take a look on a Home Brewing shop's website, that's where I found mine.

@ladymurasaki1000 Nice. I'd like to try that too, and add some herbs from the garden. Nice. Where did you learn how?

@Eckomeister223 Thanks! You can see, I don't take myself too seriously. Besides, it was just too funny not to include. :)
