Hello and welcome to the first Stainless Steel Battle Report. I'm Nova.Titan and I'm bringing you a battle from the Stainless Steel modification for Medieval II: Total War - Kingdoms expansion available on the PC. Stainless Steel provides historical realism to both battles and campaigns for the Early and Late era. It includes whole new factions, such as the Khwarezmian Empire and the Cuman Khanate.

1 Men at Arms
1 Genoese Patricians
1 Feudal Knights
4 Mailed Foot Knights
4 Genoese Crossbowmen
4 Spearmen Sergeants
1 Urban Spear Militia

Holy Roman Empire (JohnGlave) as the defender
JohnGlave's army consists of:
4 Burgher Pikemen
3 Imperial Foot Knights
2 Archers
1 Hand Gunners
2 Mangonel
1 General's Bodyguard
2 Imperial Knights

  • Is there any program or something where can i find opponets to fight with online ,cant find way to play online :/

  • Well without pause you cant have everything perfect but on the other hand neither can other human so its about the same, while AI sees everything even if its imbecile.:-)

  • @Enrods Yes, I've missed quite important countercharges. One of my biggest mistakes was to rush in my mailed foot knights, which ended up becoming a huge mass of units instead of a clean line. I had some trouble micromanaging my crossbowmen and as you could see I forgot to turn off skirmish mode.

    I think dividing my crossbowmen behind the hilltop would have served to be a highly useful tactic that would've hit the rear of his army and supported my troops better. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
